Hi! I'm Laura
I’m a New York-based actor working in theater, film, television, and stand-up comedy. Acting is my love letter to humanity—a chance to explore the depths of character, to convey the complexities of being human, and to tell stories that resonate deeply. Developing a character is like unwrapping a gift, each layer revealing a truth that connects us. Theater, with its intimacy and the magic of an ensemble, thrives on the beauty of true collaboration. It’s a shared heartbeat, where the work isn’t complete until it finds union with the audience.
My recent theater credits include Pecking Order at 59E59, Broken Thread at the 14th Street Y, and Bringer of Doom at the Players Theatre. On television, I’ve appeared in Law & Order (NBC), Brimstone (FOX), and Amazon’s Living in Exile, as well as starring as a series regular in the pilot Lost and Found, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
As a stand-up comedian, I’ve performed at top venues like The Comedy Store in Los Angeles, The Comic Strip Live in New York, and clubs in Las Vegas.
Acting is my passion, and I feel profoundly grateful that God has blessed me with the opportunity to be an actor, to touch lives, and to share in the sacred act of storytelling. I trained under the legendary Sanford Meisner and hold a B.S. in Theatre from Skidmore College.
